What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct consumer analysis on strengths and barriers to employment
- Procure community situational assessment sites based on consumer goals
- Provide support at job interviews between consumers and employers
- Supervise and train clients in mobility, independent living, and vocational skills
- Document hours with clients, record progress reports, and advocate for consumers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years old
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year experience in the Human Services field or 6 months experience within the organization
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively
