      **What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
      - Provide on-site and virtual training and technical assistance to Head Start programs regarding governance, program management, and fiscal operations
      - Assist recipients in correcting areas of noncompliance identified through federal monitoring processes
      - Develop and implement Quality Improvement Plans addressing root causes of deficiencies
      - Maintain regular communication with regional office staff regarding TTA delivery and progress on corrective actions
      - Coordinate training with specialists to ensure integration of management systems that enhance educational and family services

      **What is Required (Qualifications):**
      - Minimum of a BA or BS Degree from an accredited university or college
      - 5+ years of experience in program or organizational management and fiscal operations with Head Start/Early Head Start programs
      - 1+ years of experience providing technical assistance to improve program operations and management systems
      - 1+ years of experience addressing compliance issues within organizations
      - Valid driver's license and successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check

      - Fiscal expertise in budgeting, multiple funding sources, and Head Start specific audits
      - Experience in developing and delivering presentations and training in program management and fiscal operations
