What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide on-site, individualized, group, and virtual training and technical assistance related to governance, program management, and fiscal operations
- Assist recipients in correcting areas of noncompliance and deficiencies identified through federal monitoring
- Develop and implement Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs) addressing root causes of compliance issues
- Maintain regular communication with Regional Office staff regarding TTA delivery and progress
- Coordinate with specialists to ensure effective integration of management systems TTA
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a BA or BS Degree from an accredited university or college
- 5+ years of experience related to program and/or organizational management and/or fiscal operations with Head Start/Early Head Start programs
- 1+ years of experience providing technical assistance to improve program operations and management systems
- 1+ years of experience addressing compliance issues within organizations
- Valid driver's license with successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check

- Fiscal expertise in budgeting, multiple funding sources, and applicable uniform guidance regulations
- Experience with Head Start specific audits and the fiscal role of the governing body
