- Guarantee adherence to production scheduling, correct execution of master batch records (MBR) in accordance with current SOPs, cGMP and EHS standards
- Supervises the daily activity, the work organization and the materials management; handles the resolution of any technical problems within the daily production
- Coordinates the personnel in shift, ensuring they are properly trained to execute the entire production process in compliance with good manufacturing practices
- Liaise cross-functionally with other function (i.e. Validation, Maintenance, Quality, PPMO,..) for the activities that occur within production area, including process deviations opening
- Good verbal/written communication and works collaboratively in a team
- Attention to detail while maintaining a quality product.
- Ability to perform repetitive work duties and follow SOPs.
- Ensures the archiving of department documentation
- Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and act as supervisor/responsible person for EHS within own shift

Location/Division Specific Information:
As part of the Drug Product Division (DPD), the Ferentino, Italy site is a multi-purpose pharmaceutical development, manufacturing, and packaging campus, which specializes in taking sterile injectable from development phase through to commercialization!
How Will You Make an Impact?:
Carries out Production related tasks and activities for which he has been enabled by the appropriate training, in compliance with company and department SOPs and current safety regulations.
A Day in the Life:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
Previous experience in production activities in the pharmaceutical industry
