What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Verify that loan applications are complete and accurate
- Communicate directly with Loan Originators to obtain necessary documentation
- Review loans for compliance with mortgage-related regulations
- Obtain third-party documentation including Property Surveys and Title Commitments
- Manage loan pipeline by completing and submitting reports within turnaround times
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years’ residential mortgage experience
- Experience with RESPA regulations
- Proficiency in Encompass and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, analytical, prioritization, and time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with mortgage and consumer lending regulations, including Regulation Z and Regulation B requirements
- Familiarity with DU and LP systems
