- Preference to 4-year technical, information system related or business-related college degrees.
- 2+ years of professional work experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Smartsheet preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules (weekends and overtime during busy season)
- Plan, execute and provide status reporting for the archiving of entitled customer software from software vendor sites on behalf of our customers
- Establish connectivity to our customer's systems and document the connectivity according to the current Spinnaker Support standard
- Provide assistance to archive contractors employed by Spinnaker Support during high volume archiving periods
- Maintain updated procedure and training manuals on how to perform the archives activates
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement

The Data Specialist, Customer Onboarding provides software archive services for new Spinnaker Support customers during the initial customer onboarding process. Data Specialist services include the planning, execution and status reporting for all Oracle EBS, Oracle DB and tech products, Siebel, Hyperion, JD Edwards, VMWare and SAP products that our customers have legal entitlement to download prior to their maintenance end dates with the software vendors.
