      About this Job

      Join a global team that leads the industry in data analytics and strategic insights. As a Junior Market Research Analyst, your mission will be to help leading consumer goods companies understand consumer behavior, assess market opportunities, and optimize their portfolios using research methodologies and predictive analytics.

      Responsibilities

      • Design and conduct market analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
      • Transform complex data into clear visualizations (tables, charts, dashboards) that facilitate decision-making.
      • Prepare reports and presentations with actionable insights for clients.
      • Ensure data quality and consistency through validation and error control.
      • Participate in client meetings to understand their objectives and propose research-based solutions.
      • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.

      Qualifications

      About You

      You will translate client business objectives into actionable insights by analyzing data and contributing to impactful reports. You’ll also support the team by managing multiple projects and engaging with clients to understand and address their needs.

      Requeriments:

      • Bachelor's degree in a field related to Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or Market Research.
      • 1 year of experience
      • Microsoft Office, Power BI (desirable)
      • Familiarity with the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) sector is a plus
      • Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written)
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      • Clear and effective communication, with strong organizational abilities
