      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical and administrative support for real estate acquisitions for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)
      - Collaborate with the Real Estate Contracting Officer to develop negotiation strategies
      - Conduct market surveys and analyze data to determine accurate market values for negotiations
      - Prepare lease documents and agreements using Microsoft Office Suite
      - Update and maintain Real Estate Tracking Systems to reflect current work assignments and progress

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree is a minimum educational requirement
      - Minimum of 3 years of general real estate experience
      - Strong customer service skills and ability to work with the public
      - Proficiency in data research and analysis
      - Technical writing skills for drafting official documents and agreements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in commercial or federal real estate management
      - Familiarity with commercial or federal lease administration
      - Project management skills and administrative experience
      - Ability to conduct comprehensive market analysis
      - Strong research abilities to support data-driven decision-making
