      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide design, development, testing, management, and support for a web-based portal
      - Perform all aspects of development tasks, including front-end, back-end, and database development
      - Manage resources to ensure timely and successful project deliveries
      - Collaborate with clients and review panels to recommend technical and business solutions
      - Develop and maintain web-enabled capabilities and custom applications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related field
      - Strong understanding of user interface design principles and proven web development experience
      - Experience communicating directly with end users to gather requirements
      - Ability to analyze business product needs and recommend effective software solutions
      - U.S. Citizenship required; must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Currently holds a DHS Public Trust Clearance
      - Certified in Lean Software Development, Kanban, Scrum, and other Agile processes
      - Experience with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS)
