      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Organize logistics for judicial education programs, including seminars, orientations, and virtual events
      - Serve as the liaison to faculty, vendors, hotel staff, and attendees before, during, and after events
      - Enter and track attendance and credit data using spreadsheets and internal systems
      - Communicate with judges, clerks, and municipalities regarding credit compliance and documentation
      - Support ongoing and emerging projects as assigned by the Judicial Education Director

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - At least one year of professional experience in event coordination, office administration, or a similar role
      - Good knowledge of event management, public administration, hospitality, or legal support services
      - Strong interpersonal skills and comfort representing the office professionally in person, online, and by phone
      - Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Working knowledge of the Wisconsin judicial system and/or continuing education environments
      - Coursework or experience in event management, public administration, hospitality, or judicial/legal services
      - Experience coordinating logistics for trainings, events, or conferences
      - Experience maintaining records or tracking compliance with requirements
