      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct engaging phone calls for 40 hours a week to present and sell training products to prospective clients
      - Deliver effective presentations over the phone, address objections, and close sales within a structured timeframe
      - Follow a proven sales script while personalizing the approach to resonate with each prospect
      - Utilize technology systems to track calls and enroll new students
      - Participate in feedback sessions to continuously improve sales techniques and outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, particularly in phone sales
      - Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and achieving revenue targets
      - Strong communication and relationship-building skills
      - Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
      - Motivated self-starter with a passion for the speaking industry

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in selling online coaching or training programs priced between $5K-$20K+
      - Familiarity with persuasion-based sales approaches rather than consultative selling
      - Previous experience in a startup environment or similar fast-changing atmosphere
