What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Pull daily and monthly reports for reconciliations across multiple agencies
- Reconcile daily and monthly payment trackers to ensure accurate posting of payments
- Identify and resolve payment discrepancies during daily reconciliations
- Process daily payment returns and efficiently key payments
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma plus some tertiary qualification in finance (e.g., associate's degree or certificate)
- Proficiency in multitasking and self-directed work
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of formulas and data analysis
- Experience with payment reconciliations involving payment processors and banks

- Basic skills in Microsoft Word and PDF applications
