      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage payment applications and resolve open Accounts Receivable (AR) balances related to IPO and company credit card accounts
      - Collaborate with the Sales team to monitor AR activity and address any concerns regarding IPO or company credit card customers
      - Coordinate with the Legal team to prepare and issue collection notices as needed
      - Generate and distribute invoices for IPO/Company credit card stays as required
      - Post journal entries daily and assist with new vendor setup processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in accounting or finance
      - 2-4 years of accounting experience or internship experience preferred
      - Alternatively, 5 years of full-cycle Accounts Receivable experience in the hospitality or property management industry
      - Strong knowledge of Excel and advanced functions (pivot tables, v-lookups) required
      - Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Power BI is highly desirable
      - Superb communication skills and a professional demeanor
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and a strong desire for continuous learning
