- Conducting market and competitor research to support strategic decisions
- Assisting in the planning and execution of cross-functional projects
- Coordinating follow-ups on key initiatives and KPIs
- Preparing reports, business cases, and presentations
- Supporting publisher partnership work, including d ocumentation and contract tracking
- Helping test and evaluate new business initiatives and features
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
- A proactive and structured approach to work
- A collaborative mindset and curiosity to learn
- Previous experience from internships, student projects, or part-time work in startups, consulting, or digital businesses is a plus - but not a must.

We’re now looking for a J unior Business Developer to join our dynamic Business Development team at our Stockholm HQ. This is a unique opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who is passionate about digital services, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
About the role
As a Junior Business Developer, you will work closely with our Chief Business Development Officer and collaborate with various teams across the organization, including marketing, product, and customer operations. Your main focus will be to support and drive initiatives that improve our conversion processes and customer operations, contribute to our growth in selected international markets, and explore new business opportunities as they arise. You will also be involved in supporting our publisher relations, particularly with English-language publishers.
