What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration
- 0 - 1 years of general corporate support experience
- Above average proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
- Experience with MS SharePoint and documenting processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in human resources or recruiting support
- Familiarity with quality management standards such as ISO 9000 or CMMI
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships
- Background in business development or marketing activities
