  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Design, implement, and operate critical data infrastructure, including corporate Data Warehouse updates and data product generation
  - Migrate ETL processes from Informatica PowerCenter to a PostgreSQL/Python-based data platform
  - Develop internal matching platform API using FastAPI for enhanced data processing
  - Maintain and extend match simulation software for scenario analysis
  - Produce data contracts and operational reporting using a modular Python-based framework
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Four-year degree in data science, economics, computer science, engineering, applied mathematics, statistics, or equivalent work experience
  - Very strong proficiency in Python and advanced SQL skills
  - 3-5 years of experience with Python-based data engineering/data science packages (e.g., SQLAlchemy, pandas, Dagster, FastAPI)
  - Significant experience with relational database systems (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL)
  - Deep understanding of data management concepts related to Enterprise Data Warehouse design and maintenance
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Practical experience with implementing semantic search and Q&A on documents
  - Familiarity with computational statistics and resampling techniques
  - Experience with matching algorithms and Informatica PowerCenter
  - Skills in producing reproducible reporting using Quarto/R markdown
  - Knowledge of dashboard development tools (e.g., Tableau, MS Power BI)
