      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop intuitive dashboards and data visualization products using Microsoft Power BI for reporting on VA administrative medical records and curated data sets
      - Collaborate with other Power BI Developers to design high-profile reporting dashboards for VA clients
      - Maintain and provide ongoing support for completed dashboards and linkages to other databases
      - Analyze data to inform business decisions and present analytic results to VHA executive leadership and stakeholders
      - Create documentation such as reports and presentations to effectively communicate key data insights

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics, computer science, economics, business, or healthcare administration
      - 3+ years of experience developing dashboards using Microsoft Power BI or other data visualization tools
      - 3+ years of experience using SQL and relational databases
      - Knowledge of best practices in data visualization and business intelligence software, including Microsoft Power BI
      - Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with business customers and technical teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in a relevant field such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics, computer science, economics, business, or healthcare administration
      - Knowledge of statistics and experience with statistical analysis software (SAS)
      - Experience analyzing large amounts of quantitative and qualitative data for program effectiveness
      - Previous experience with VA/VHA systems and processes
      - Familiarity with advanced statistical methods and machine learning algorithms
