      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle technical requests via web and email support channels
      - Conduct professional and empathetic conversations with customers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
      - Submit bug reports to the Engineering team for problems needing attention
      - Partner with Product Teams and Engineering to develop subject matter expertise
      - Contribute to internal and external knowledge bases to enhance customer support resources

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Ability to work Eastern or Central Standard Time
      - Strong desire to help people solve problems and explain complex technical concepts
      - Experience with web development and/or REST APIs
      - Experience in technical customer support, particularly with SaaS enterprise software
      - Excellent spoken and written English skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Basic familiarity with iOS & Android platforms
      - Experience supporting open-source projects and their GitHub communities
      - Experience with Shopify or Magento
      - Familiarity with high-growth environments and building internal infrastructure
