- Supporting implementation of the social media strategy coordinating with stakeholders across the Cluster and European Headquarter to ensure its effectiveness. Own social media KPIs.
- Developing and coordinating digital activations for central initiatives, local amplifications and local initiatives.
- Working closely with the local team, agencies and our European teams in Dublin, managing various stakeholders
- Encourage adoption of relevant new trends into marketing to benefit the Kellogg brands. Monitoring and anticipating changes in social media tools, trends and applications.
- Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs. Analyse, review and report on effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results.
- Monitor key online communities and industry competitive social media activities and deliver consumer insights from social media.
- Supporting administration of the processes involved
- Collaborate with agencies to develop local initiatives.
- Masters degree for business and administration, focus on Digital Marketing
- Initial experience within Marketing and cooperate FMCG, and or agency background
- Passion for digital marketing – bringing new and innovative ideas to the table
- Advanced to use MS Office programms
- Strong German and English language skills
- Collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, analytical, passionate and independent, quick learner

The new joiner will be responsible for designing and implementing the social medial plan and programmes for our Kellogg’s brands and Pringles.
