      Overview:

      INTECON is seeking a junior-level documentation analyst to support a long-term technology policy project focused on emerging standards, including artificial intelligence (AI). This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and interested in supporting structured writing and research tasks.

      Note: You won't need prior AI experience. You'll work with structured templates and technical material and must be comfortable following processes and supporting a remote team.
      Key Responsibilities:
      • Assist with drafting, formatting, and editing documents
      • Support research tasks and reference gathering
      • Apply templates and ensure formatting consistency
      • Track document versions and updates
      • Help with meeting summaries and reporting.
      Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's degree in related field
      • 1-3 years of experience in documentation, writing, editing, or research support
      • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
      • Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
      • Familiarity with SharePoint, Teams, or Google Docs is a plus.
