  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Coordinate with Government Points of Contact to ensure project tasks are completed on time
  - Assist the Project Manager with maintaining clear and timely communications with stakeholders
  - Provide technical input into distribution systems design and operational recommendations
  - Lead small implementation teams or manage specific work scopes at various Air Force/Space Force bases
  - Conduct planning and provide recommendations on task workload and quality assurance of project deliverables
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institute in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
  - 1-3+ years of experience in IT upgrade projects within the DoD environment
  - Strong background in fiber splicing and testing using Fluke Versiv power meter and OTDR
  - Active DoD Secret Level Clearance required
  - Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and documents
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience using MS Visio or related CAD tools
  - Familiarity with distribution systems design and implementation documentation
  - Experience with all aspects of fiber testing
  - Strong coordination and organizational skills
  - Excellent written and oral communication skills
