What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide daily support for Marketing projects and workload
- Coordinate with producers and Tech Ops Team to ensure adherence to SOPs and technical guidelines
- Prepare media, VO, graphics, and audio for editing sessions
- Create rough cuts and pre-assemble segments for promotional content
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate fixes with the wider team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-3 years' experience in editing, preferably with short-form promotional content
- Experience in supporting top-level editors and creative teams
- Comprehensive knowledge of post-production workflows and processes
- Proficiency in post-production software, including Avid Media Composer and Adobe Applications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with file transfer and cloud solutions such as Aspera and Frame.io
- Willingness to learn and develop proficiency in emerging AI tools
- Knowledge of operations applications including Airtable and Office 365
