      As an Enterprise Planning Junior Consultant at Keyrus, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with other consultants to implement enterprise performance management (EPM) models.       Responsibilities of the Enterprise Planning Junior Consultant include:

      • Achieve and maintain certifications in EPM technologies including Anaplan, Pigment, and/or other enterprise planning platforms.
      • Support technical leaders throughout requirements gathering and design phases, take notes during client interviews and meetings, and develop relevant questions to understand client business details.
      • Load and validate data, build connected EPM models, and deploy to end users.
      • Work with solution architects and project leaders to ensure solutions meet client expectations and are delivered on time, within budget.
      • Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.
      • Understand the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and assist with production support issues.
      • Maintain client focus and demonstrate ownership of tasks under your responsibility to reliably reach deadlines.
      • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and clients.
      • Demonstrate and continue to develop strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
      • Meet project priorities, scope, timeline, goals, and key milestones.
      • Provide support during client meetings, presentations, and training sessions.
      • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.

      • Strong Microsoft Excel abilities.
      • Ability to work independently, manage small engagements, or operate within a portion of a larger engagement.
      • Organizational and prioritization skills.
      • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and client needs.
      • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Information Management and Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience in a related field.
      • Fluent in English.

      Desired Attributes:

      • Familiarity with multidimensional modeling.
      • Familiarity with EPM software platforms (e.g., Oracle Hyperion, SAP BPC, Anaplan) is a plus.
      • Experience with analytics tools or programming languages including: PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, R, Python, etc.
      • Exposure to cloud-based technologies or business function operations including finance, sales, or operations.
      • Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a differential.
