What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support for Esker systems and related ERP (SAP & Oracle) applications
- Configure, test, and document systems or business processes
- Collaborate closely with ERP project team members and business stakeholders
- Address a variety of technical issues related to system support
- Assist in understanding site/plant needs to enhance business/customer satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Industrial Management, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related scientific degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP/Oracle Supply Chain (SD, PP, QM, MM) preferred
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn SAP technical and functional information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt to varying and dynamic business situations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Practical programming experience or training in languages such as C++, Visual Basic, Java, HTML, SAP ABAP, or .NET
- Business background or education in Manufacturing, supply chain, or customer service
- Previous experience supporting Esker applications
