What you will do:

In this position, you will be responsible for providing reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to Talent Supply Chain members and, especially, to the business.

You will also attend weekly meetings with local, LATAM, and global leaders to review staffing and demand status.

Additionally, you will support Talent Supply Chain members from LATAM, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development (L&D), and Talent Management.

In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of tools and applications to provide people analytics, prepare presentations, and share insights with key stakeholders to increase fulfillment velocity.

Responsibilities:

· Handle all reports for the LATAM region to support staffing, demand validation, and main KPIs for TSC LATAM (daily, weekly, and monthly reports)

· Prepare reports for Executive Leaders in LATAM, including Service Line Leaders, Country Leaders, and TSC Leadership

· Utilize expertise with data to build reports and dashboards

· Communicate effectively with professionals from the bench and related stakeholders

· Validate and track Service Orders (SOs) and manage the allocation of professionals to projects

· Collaborate with the Talent Market Place (TMP) to ensure profiles are updated and matched with open positions

· Ensure compliance with TSC policies and guidelines, and provide guidance to stakeholders on resource management

Requirements:

· Proficiency in English is required

· Spanish is desired

· Expertise in data analysis, report building, and dashboard creation

· Advanced skills in Excel

· Strong communication skills
