What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, analyze, develop, code, debug, test, and document programming to satisfy complex business requirements
- Collaborate with a Scrum team to deliver technology solutions using Agile methodologies
- Deliver solutions using .NET, Java, Spring Boot, and RDBMS-based technologies
- Translate functional specifications into working software and assist in third-level support of applications
- Participate in unit, load, performance, and integration testing, while mentoring junior team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a .NET or Java environment with UI technologies
- Strong working knowledge of object-oriented design/programming, REST, and relational databases
- Excellent analysis, design, writing, and communication skills
- Experience working in an Agile environment with knowledge of SOA principles and practices
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with automated testing practices
- Experience with React/Redux frameworks
- Understanding of a process-driven software development lifecycle
- Previous experience in developing software systems or applications in a production environment
