As a Junior Loan Processor, you will have the opportunity to work from home and contribute to the success of the mortgage business. With at least one year of mortgage processing experience, you will play a crucial role in supporting originations, underwriting, processing, closing, post-closing, and loan servicing services. Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of verifiable mortgage loan processing experience
- Knowledge of TRID, FHA, VA, and Frannie and Freddie guidelines
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic department
- Strong time management skills
- Detail-oriented with familiarity of LE and CD mortgage disclosure requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing entire loan files for accuracy and completeness, focusing on client income, asset, and general documentation
- Packaging loan files ready for submission to underwriting
- Collaborating with various stakeholders including LOs, clients, openers, AMCs, underwriters, and funders
- Working efficiently in a remote work environment with reliable internet connectivity and a distraction-free workspace
- Demonstrating a "whatever it takes to get the job done" attitude with a high level of integrity
