      Who We're Looking For

      We are seeking a customer-centric, energetic, and highly-motivated individual to join our Account Management team. The onboarding specialist is focused on quickly and effectively setting up new Pearl customers in order to drive value in and early adoption of the software. The onboarding specialist will help to define, develop, and execute effective customer onboarding and engagement strategies in order to help our customers realize their goals.

      • Assist customers with installation of Pearl products and services
      • Perform basic to intermediate level troubleshooting for all Pearl products and services as needed
      • Maintain and continue to expand technical product knowledge to remain proficient
      • Assist new offices to meet usage requirements during onboarding to ensure quick value and adoption of the software
      • Schedule appointments with offices to maintain a timely and consistent onboarding cycle
      • Maintain customer data i.e. contacts, account health, significant events, substantive notes etc. in relevant systems


      What You'll Need to Succeed

      • 1-2 years implementation, customer support, or tech support experience
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment
      • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple tasks at one time
      • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
      • Intermediate computer skills (working with browsers, spreadsheets, and text documents)
      • Ability to solve customer issues
      • Ability to work with a pipeline of tasks and complete them in a timely manner
      • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
      • Experience in the dental industry strongly preferred
