What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Conduct onboarding interviews and gather essential client information
- Track client deliverables and manage communication through Monday.com
- Review AI-generated content for quality assurance before submission
- Package and deliver reports to clients while ensuring timely communication
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent English writing and communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Detail-oriented with a QA-first mindset
- Ability to follow structured SOPs precisely
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1–2 years of experience in PR, communications, or marketing coordination
- Familiarity with PR tools such as CoverageBook and wire distribution
- Exposure to SEO, AI tools, or digital publishing
