What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate with the proposal team on pricing proposals, ensuring competitive and responsive budgets
- Review Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to identify risks, trends, and deviations while developing relevant questions
- Create pricing templates using Microsoft Excel that meet solicitation requirements and company standards
- Conduct cost/price analysis and develop models to evaluate various pricing strategies
- Ensure compliance of cost proposals with solicitation requirements and support audits and negotiations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 0-2 years of experience in bid/capture, pricing, or related fields
- Superior spreadsheet skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong writing abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in ghosting competitors during solution development
- Familiarity with cost proposal clarifications or negotiations
