What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure team(s) maintain focus on quality and continuous delivery
- Create Roadmaps and Milestone charts for projects
- Coach the team on delivery controls and risk management
- Integrate Agile and Lean principles into team practices
- Prepare and deliver effective communications regarding project progress and status
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside within the DC area
- Authorized to work for any U.S. employer
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of total experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst and/or Scrum Master
- Must have an active USAID Public Trust clearance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP and Scrum Master certification preferred
- Experience with Scrum/Kanban Methodologies
- Experience working in a studio / human-centered design approach
