      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Proactively support the tracking status of projects and report results to management
      - Assist in collecting and organizing project materials following a user-friendly file organizational system
      - Work up to 20 hours per week, Monday - Friday
      - Utilize Project Management software (Asana preferred) to manage projects effectively
      - Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in tracking and reporting project progress

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management or related field
      - Proficiency in using Project Management software, with experience in Asana preferred
      - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
      - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field
      - Certification in Project Management
      - Experience working with government agencies or in the Occupational Safety and Health industry
