RSC2 is currently looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our growing team!
Requirements
Responsibilities: (will likely include, but not be limited to the following)
- Review resumes and applications
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Communicate with candidates throughout the process
- Support administrative work on Applicant Tracking System
- Assist hiring managers with their recruitment needs
- Draft offer letters through the ATS
Requirements: - Strong communication and organization skills
- Basic understanding of hiring practices
- Ability to work with different teams
- Previous recruiting experience is a plus
