What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct research to support project needs, including data collection, validation, and synthesis
- Analyze data sets using Excel and provide clear documentation of findings
- Create and maintain spreadsheets to track, manage, and organize research data
- Collaborate with team members to support data-driven decision-making
- Provide administrative support related to research projects and assist with ad hoc data tasks

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Familiarity with academic or institutional research processes
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting/filtering, tables)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Candidate must be located in or eligible under HubZone requirements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in Business Administration, Government, Public Policy, or similar fields
- Experience with data entry, data cleaning, or working with structured data
- Familiarity with basic data visualization or reporting tools
- Any Excel or data analytics certifications are a plus
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of an Associate's degree in Business, Government, Public Administration, or a related academic field
