      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, qualifying leads based on their needs and eligibility
      - Engage in meaningful conversations to understand clients' situations and explain the value of Medicaid planning services
      - Schedule qualified appointments for Benefits Advisers to deliver tailored presentations and close deals
      - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and lead progress in the CRM system
      - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve lead qualification processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional phone demeanor
      - High level of self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset
      - Ability to quickly build rapport with potential clients and effectively address their concerns
      - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple leads and appointments
      - Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus
