      For our Sales & Operations division, we are looking for a Junior Sales Excellence Specialist who works for the region of BeNe / Belgium/ Netherlands, based in Belgium Your meaningful purpose The Junior Sales Excellence Specialist is a key role in the Sales & Operations team responsible to engage with local operations on support strategy execution, operational performance and ensure local deployment of processes and tools. Your daily task and responsibilities Drive adoption and execution of desired sales process and initiatives for operational excellence Ensure local deployment of processes and tools, drive standardization across countries ensuring consistency Select, manage, and train sales staff on sales related systems, databases, and associated processes (BFO, Greenberry, Sales Conversation) Support Sales & Marketing teams during AMSP, Account Plans Measure the right KPIs for sales success. Report effectively to upper management Truly leverage the CRM system so it can benefit all stakeholders (data quality, discipline) Define & build high impact dashboards within a framework that allows to reuse and scale Adopt best practices from Sales Excellence Community & networking Who you are Your education and experience A minimum degree level of education in a related discipline The ideal candidate will have 5 years working in the technology sector, within Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or similar functions, ideally with experience in two or more of the following: Planning cycles Operating model development Process improvement and design Business analytics and insights Chief of staff / business operations/cadence management Strong relationship management skills Proven ability to follow sales operations processes and work to demanding timescales Strong business acumen and ability to develop an analytical understanding of a client’s business. Fluent in French and English, Dutch is an asset Very good knowledge of MS Office and being computer literate Good understanding of Schneider Electric. Your personality and goals Excellent influencing and communication skills at all levels. A real team player but also capable of operating independently. An entrepreneur who is flexible and has a positive attitude. Preferably based close to your assigned region. Willingness to travel on business (5%).
