      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify and prioritize dormant accounts using CRM systems and market research tools
      - Re-establish contact with key decision-makers to assess their needs and propose solutions
      - Develop a sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts to the Sales Manager
      - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
      - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to post-sales support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred, or a combination of a 2-year college degree with 2 years of experience in the flow control industry
      - 1-2 years of experience in customer service, internship, or sales desired
      - Technical knowledge or aptitude to understand and explain complex products or services
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus
      - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

      - Familiarity with reading and interpreting technical documents and business correspondence
      - Self-motivated and proactive approach to work
