What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage dormant plant accounts using CRM systems and market research tools
- Re-establish contact with key decision-makers to assess needs for flow control valve requirements
- Create and maintain a pipeline of potential sales opportunities and provide forecasts to the Sales Manager
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process
- Conduct product training to become proficient in flow control valve technical aspects within the first 6 months
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred or a combination of a 2-year college degree with 2 years of experience in the flow control industry
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, internships, or sales
- Technical aptitude to understand and explain complex products or services
- Knowledge of MS Suite; experience with CRM and Salesforce is a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Experience in the flow control industry
- Familiarity with business periodicals, technical procedures, and government regulations
- Ability to read and interpret complex documents and present information effectively
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to customer service
- Previous experience managing customer relationships and sales cycles
