What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct keyword research to identify content opportunities and gaps
- Develop content plans for the editorial team based on keyword insights
- Analyze traffic trends and monitor key SEO performance metrics using Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Collaborate with writers and editors to implement SEO best practices across content
- Perform on-page SEO optimizations and audits using various SEO tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant SEO certifications, or 4+ years of direct SEO experience, or a combination of both
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in SEO, preferably in digital health publishing
- Proficiency in using GA4 and other SEO tools such as Screaming Frog and Semrush
- Basic understanding of HTML and website content management systems (CMS)
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and strong organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using Google Search Console
- Familiarity with AI tools and the latest SEO trends
- Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
