      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with project team members to design and deliver scalable, creative solutions to complex problems
      - Prepare and present client-facing deliverables that are technology-related
      - Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow environment, including modifications to applications and workflows
      - Create and maintain API and data integration processes between ServiceNow and other systems
      - Provide advanced support for ServiceNow by troubleshooting software issues and implementing bug fixes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA in a related field (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Business Management preferred)
      - ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
      - Minimum of two (2) years of direct development experience with the ServiceNow platform
      - Knowledge of ServiceNow administration, development, security, data management, and integrations
      - Must be eligible to meet government eligibility requirements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Understanding and experience related to advanced ServiceNow development, including JavaScript coding and jQuery
      - Experience configuring ServiceNow ITBM and IRM applications
      - Familiarity with the Glide Stack, Jelly scripts, and server-side JavaScript
