What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct research, analyze data, and identify opportunities to enhance customer service and business processes
- Communicate with U.S. domestic logistics companies to ensure efficient and timely delivery of shipments
- Maintain transportation management system (TMS) vendor rates, lead times, and shipping content
- Support logistics specialists by addressing carrier operational issues and escalating concerns
- Assist with audits, special projects, and pricing updates for the Accounting Department

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two (2) years of related experience in logistics or supply chain
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Business Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-level environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with parcel carriers such as UPS, FedEx, etc. in the U.S.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Initiative and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
