What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assure integration of all EPC and partner requirements
- Work closely with critical OEM's or suppliers with critical equipment deliverables
- Maintain scheduling system and identify impacts on work activities
- Analyze integrated deliverables and impacts to schedule, recommend actions
- Analyze construction activities and recommend improvements
- Incorporate work plans into project schedule and provide professional development for scheduler
- Monitor work execution and compare plans with historical information
- Monitor schedule performance metrics and take corrective action
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of industrial construction experience
- Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of earned value measurement and management concepts
- Ability to lead project planning and scheduling meetings
- Conduct critical path analysis and report on critical paths
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMI/AACEi Certification
- CMIS - Cost Management Information System
- Experience with Oracle Procurement and SAP
