  **What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
  - Lead student success coaching and supervision in a flexible learning environment
  - Provide academic, wellness, and engagement support to K-12 students
  - Monitor student progress and offer personalized feedback under the guidance of educators
  - Facilitate online learning experiences and manage project-based learning tasks
  - Collaborate with educators to plan enrichment and extension activities
  
  **What is Required (Qualifications):**
  - Two (2) years post-secondary education OR a passing ParaPro Score
  - One (1) year of curriculum support experience
  - Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, caregivers, and the community
  - Comfort and engaging presence in an online setting
  - Demonstrated ability to build relationships with students and support diverse learning needs
  
  **How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
  - Experience in supporting anti-bias and inclusive technology integration in educational settings
  - Familiarity with online learning platforms such as Google Meet, Canvas, or Seesaw
  - Evidence of adaptability to different learning environments and teaching styles
  - Strong initiative in responding to students' needs in a culturally sustaining manner
  - Previous experience working with diverse groups of students and families
