      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Define and support the creation and refinement of design templates and prototypes for K-5 instructional materials
      - Translate instructional intents into cohesive, user-friendly design structures for educators and students
      - Review publisher-ready drafts to ensure design outputs are error-free and aligned with standards
      - Collaborate with external vendors to ensure accurate execution of design expectations
      - Conduct formatting and style reviews across large volumes of instructional content

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
      - Minimum of three (3) years of experience in product or graphic design, with a focus on educational design preferred
      - Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or Figma
      - Solid understanding of lesson and unit design principles for grades K-5
      - Proven ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience as a designer at a K-5 curriculum or publishing company
      - Familiarity with designing instructional templates, student-facing materials, or teacher guides
      - Understanding of accessibility considerations in educational design
      - Experience collaborating with external production or design vendors
