      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead activities to support and sustain Kansas MTSS and Alignment initiatives statewide
      - Provide ongoing training and coaching to school teams for effective implementation
      - Collaborate with other projects to promote alignment in improvement processes
      - Assist in developing statewide outcome improvement workshops
      - Maintain communication with project leadership to ensure alignment with goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Direct experience implementing multi-tier systems of supports or response to intervention principles
      - Strong knowledge of systems change and results-based staff development
      - Current Kansas teaching license is required
      - Degree in education required; advanced degree preferred
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience teaching and/or administering an Early Childhood instructional program
      - Familiarity with Kansas Education Systems Accreditation (KESA 2.0)
      - Active involvement in personal professional learning and development
