What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Attain sales objectives by presenting complex clinical and business information to healthcare professionals and decision-makers
- Execute franchise and company brand strategies within the assigned customer segment
- Develop and apply clinical knowledge and business expertise to influence stakeholders
- Implement local marketing strategies and collaborate with team members to enhance business results
- Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare provider systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree
- A valid driver's license with the ability to travel 50% of the time
- Must reside in the geography or be willing to relocate
- Minimum of five (5) years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry
- Experience in large account management or transitioned from Active Duty Military
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience selling injectable/infused products
- Knowledge of the immunology and/or Gastroenterology field
- Experience managing complex reimbursement issues
- Documented successful sales performance in a high incentive culture
- Completion of Management Development courses
