      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide subject matter support to account management teams regarding underwriting, ancillary products, benefit design, and market-specific dynamics
      - Serve as a liaison between the account management team and other support areas impacting client management
      - Assist in identifying gaps, prioritizing issues, and developing alternatives to improve sales and retention
      - Leverage strategic relationships within the marketplace to identify new sales opportunities
      - Onboard and train newly hired staff on the unique SHBP Market

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or GED
      - Requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in group health
      - Experience managing in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
      - Proficient in the use of personal computers and supporting software in a Windows-based environment
      - Knowledge of health insurance plans, healthcare delivery systems, and claim operations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
      - Understanding of pricing and underwriting principles
