      Responsibilities:

      • Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly and efficiently as possible.
      • Collect and wash up kitchen crockery and utensils.
      • Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery.
      • Unload food and equipment deliveries.
      • Keep the storeroom organised.
      • Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised.
      • Uphold high levels of food safety and hygiene.

      Qualifications:

      • Although experience is not normally essential, some experience of the kitchen environment and typical kitchen hours would be beneficial.
      • H&S and COSHH training will be provided.

      This role will equip you with many of the basic skills and training needed to start your career - for the ambitious this role could be the start of your Chef journey with us.
