      Job Description

      Join our dynamic team as a Kitchen Assistant/Dishwasher in Tucson, United States! We're looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to support our kitchen operations and maintain a clean, efficient work environment.

      • Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment according to health and safety standards
      • Assist in food preparation tasks as directed by the kitchen staff
      • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, counters, and storage spaces
      • Set up and stock buffet areas and wait stations
      • Ensure an ample supply of clean dishes, flatware, glasses, and folded napkins
      • Assist in organizing and maintaining kitchen storage areas
      • Support the kitchen team during busy periods and special events
      • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe work environment

      Qualifications

      • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
      • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
      • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
      • Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety standards
      • Excellent teamwork skills and ability to take direction from kitchen staff
      • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
      • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks
      • Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience is a plus, but not required – we will train!
