Job Title: Kitting Specialist

Pay: $21.20/hr

Shift: 2nd (3pm-11:30pm)

Responsibilities

• Break down kits efficiently and accurately.
• Count components accurately and handle materials such as bolts, screws, and panels.
• Move heavy boxes of screws and other materials.
• Use scan guns, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment.
• Pick, load, and package items as required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in a detail-oriented position
• Ability to follow directions
• Availability to work 2nd shift (3:00 pm - 11:30 pm, Monday - Friday, and Saturdays)
• Flexibility to work modified schedules due to production needs
• Overtime availability (up to 58 hours per week)

Work Environment

The work environment is an extremely clean manufacturing site with the potential to grow into a 3 million sqft campus. Composite shoes are required for safety. The role requires working in a climate-controlled facility.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, Tennessee.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.20 - $21.20/hr.
